The Compact Dispenser from SAMA Water Products is a dosing unit designed for the controlled application of additives in water-based industrial processes.

In many technical water systems small amounts of additives need to be applied regularly, for example to support biological control or maintain stable system conditions. In many installations this dosing is performed manually, which may lead to inconsistent dosing or missed applications.

The Compact Dispenser provides a compact and universal solution for accurate and automated dosing of liquid additives over time. By applying treatment products at controlled intervals, the system supports consistent dosing and reduces the need for manual handling.

The unit is suitable for use in a wide range of water treatment and industrial processing environments, including photographic wash water systems used in NDT film processing equipment.

Many water-based industrial processes require the regular dosing of small amounts of additives. Manual dosing can be time-consuming and may lead to inconsistent results.

The Compact Dispenser enables controlled dosing of liquid additives in small volumes at adjustable intervals.

The system is designed as a stand-alone dosing unit and is mounted in a wall-fixed holder designed for a 5-liter container. Installation is simple and can be carried out using the supplied screws, tubing, fittings and installation instructions.

Dosing volume, dosing intervals and other operating parameters can be configured via the control panel. The integrated LCD display shows the selected settings and operational information clearly.

For convenience, the container volume can also be set on the display, allowing users to monitor product consumption at any time by pressing a button.

Controller

The Compact Dispenser is equipped with an industrial programmable logic controller (PLC) manufactured by Mitsubishi.

The controller provides the following functions:

Adjustable dosing interval in minutes (no fixed limit)
Adjustable dosing volume in milliliters (minimum dosing volume: 2 ml)
Dosing interval and dosing volume displayed on the integrated LCD screen
Additional system functions displayed when selected (English menu interface)
Software-based calculation of product consumption, with usage information shown on the LCD display
Adjustable container volume setting for the liquid to be dosed

The system also provides monitoring functions including:

Acoustic (buzzer) and visual (LCD) warning when the container is nearly empty
Temporary reset of the acoustic signal (30 minutes) via the reset button
Manual test function allowing additional dosing when required

Service and maintenance

The Compact Dispenser is designed and manufactured with attention to quality and reliability. Over time, routine service and maintenance may be required to support continued operation.

For convenience, the complete dosing unit can be exchanged easily by the user. Replacement units can be supplied by mail, which helps reduce downtime and allows maintenance to be performed quickly and efficiently.

Installation, service and repairs should only be carried out by qualified personnel according to the installation and operation instructions.
