Compact Dispenser
In many water based processes small amounts of additives have to be added regularly. For instance to prevent the building of biological growth. In many cases this is done by hand. As a result one adds too much or too little or, even worse, the adding is forgotten completely. Also it is not always very easy to add products by hand and in some cases irresponsible risks have to be taken. To solve these problems SAMAWater Products has developed the Compact Dispenser. With this universal dosing unit small amounts per unit of time can be dosed.
The Compact Dispenser is a stand-alone unit, mounted in a can holder for a 5-liter-container, which is mounted to the wall. With the screws and screw plugs, tubes, fittings and help of the installation manual the unit can be installed simply.
Adjusting the dosing volume, interval and other parameters happens with the buttons on the control panel. The LCD-sceen shows the values adjusted.
The volume of the container, which contains the liquid to be dosed, can be adjusted on the display. For your convenience you can, in between, check how many product is already used by pressing one button.
The Compact Dispenser is provided with a can holder and all other parts necessary for installation

Programmable Logic Controller (Mitsubishi)with the following functions:
- Dosing interval adjustable in minutes without limits
- Dosing volume adjustable in ml without limits (smallest amount 2 ml)
- Dosing interval and dosing volume are shown on LCD
- Other functions are shown when they are chosen. All text in English.
- Product consumption is calculated by software. Amount can be showed
on LCD - Volume container, which contains liquid to be dosed, adjustable
- Acoustic (buzzer) and optical (LCD) signal when container is almost
empty - Acoustic signal resetable (temporarily for 30 minutes) with reset button.
- Test function for extra dosing by hand
The Compact Dispenser is build with maximum care. Nevertheless service and maintenance is necessary after a period of time. It is very simple for the user to exchange the complete unit. This unit can be exchanged (by mail) so maintenance costs can be kept low.
