Compact Dispenser
Many water-based processes require the regular dosing of small amounts of additives, for example to support biological control.
Manual dosing can be inconsistent or time-consuming. The Compact Dispenser from SAMA Water Products provides a compact and universal solution for accurate, controlled dosing over time.
It is designed to support reliable additive application in a wide range of water treatment and industrial processes.
The Compact Dispenser is a stand-alone dosing unit designed for simple installation and operation. It is mounted in a wall-fixed holder for a 5-liter container and can be installed using the supplied screws, tubes, fittings, and the installation manual.
Dosing volume, dosing intervals, and other settings can be adjusted via the control panel. The integrated LCD screen displays the selected parameters clearly.
The container volume can also be set on the display. For convenience, users can check the amount of product used at any time with the push of a button.
The Compact Dispenser is supplied with a can holder and all necessary components for installation.

The Compact Dispenser features an industrial programmable logic controller (PLC) from Mitsubishi, offering the following functions:
- Adjustable dosing interval in minutes (no fixed limit)
- Adjustable dosing volume in milliliters (minimum dosing volume: 2 ml)
- Dosing interval and dosing volume displayed on the integrated LCD screen
- Additional functions shown on the display when selected (English menu text)
- Software-based calculation of product consumption, with usage information available on the LCD
- Adjustable container volume setting for the liquid to be dosed
- Acoustic (buzzer) and visual (LCD) signal when the container is nearly empty
- Temporary buzzer reset function (30 minutes) via reset button
- Manual test function for extra dosing when required
The Compact Dispenser is designed and manufactured with attention to quality and reliability. Over time, service and maintenance may be required to support continued operation.
For convenience, the complete unit can be exchanged easily by the user. Replacement units can be provided by mail, helping to reduce downtime and support efficient maintenance planning.
