VLOSEPT

To disinfect washwatertanks and transport rollers photo- and filmprocessors.

Packing-volumes 4 plastic bottles of 1 liter per box
Description

Washwatertanks and transport rollers of photo- and filmprocessors become contaminated with microorganisms after some time. Besides the contamination of the films or photo’s also bad smells and the danger of infections arise. Because of the building of slime and acid (corrosion!) as a result of the metabolism products of the micro-organisms the processor can malfunction.

By using of VLOSEPT washwatertanks and transport rollers are cleaned and disinfected. To prevent the building of micro organisms after cleaning it is advised to add VLOCLEAR to the washwater regularly. For further information is refered to the concerned information or to your dealer.

Directions
  1. During the cleaning of the processor no films or photo’s can be developed.
  2. Add 1 bottle of VLOSEPT to the washwatertank of the processor, the transport rollers remain in the washwatertank. One bottle of VLOSEPT is sufficient for the cleaning of a tankvolume of 50 liters. In case the volume of the washwatertank is larger more VLOSEPT should be added accordingly.
  3. By using the circulation pump of the processor the solution needs to be pumped around for at least one houre. Depending of the level of contamination this length of time can be extended, this does not damage the processor. In case filters are mounted it is advised to remove them and to replace them by new filters after cleaning. In case a WATER-OPTIMIZER is connected and also treated the columns
    have to be removed.
  4. When the washwatertanks and the processor rollers are cleaned the cleaning water can be drained. In the advised dilution Vlosept is biodegradable.
  5. The washwatertank and the transportation rollers should be rinsed with fresh water before the processor is put in use again.
