VLOCLEAR
VLOCLEAR is intended to support the control of microbial growth and biofilm formation in wash water systems, depending on process conditions and application.

VLOCLEAR is supplied in a 5-liter container.
A commonly used dosing setting is 2 ml every 30 minutes. Actual dosing depends on the specific processor, wash water conditions, and production usage. Please consult the product information and directions for use.
Shelf life is typically 12–18 months from dispatch date. Batch number and dispatch date are shown on the container label.
VLOSEPT
VLOSEPT is used for cleaning and disinfection of wash water tanks and transport rollers. After cleaning, regular dosing of VLOCLEAR may be applied to support ongoing microbial control.

VLOSEPT is supplied as a box containing 4 × 1-liter bottles.
Add 1 bottle of VLOSEPT to the wash water tank (with transport rollers in the tank). One bottle is suitable for tank volumes up to 50 liters. For larger tanks, increase the dosage proportionally. During cleaning, film or photo materials cannot be processed. Please read the instructions carefully before use.

Dispensers
The COMPACT Dispenser is a single-port, PLC-controlled, stand-alone dosing unit designed for controlled dosing of small volumes over time (for example in VLOCLEAR applications).
The VLOCLEAR Dispenser is a robust, stand-alone dosing unit with a double-port PLC controller. It supports dosing of small volumes over time and includes an LCD display for setting dosing volume and interval, with multiple language options.
Yes. Before shipment, each dispenser is tested for 72 hours using standard factory settings.
Warranty is 12 months for both the COMPACT Dispenser and the VLOCLEAR Dispenser. Dispatch date and serial number are shown on the delivery documents.
The dispensers are designed for long-term operation with minimal maintenance. If service is required, please contact SAMA Water Products or your local distributor.
